Grand Prix Ecole Navale hosts the 2020 Flying Fifteen European Championships and the French National Championships
The long Ascencion Day weekend (May 21st-23rd) sees the French Naval Academy host multiple national championships for fleets from France. The venue for the Flying Fifteen event is Crozon Morgat, the scene of the 2015 Flying Fifteen World Championships.
The event web site is to be found at https://www.gpen.fr
There is an online registration and payment module (in French, but Google translate should deal with that).
The registration fees will be around €285.
Those wishing to go for the accommodation provided by the organization will need to tick the corresponding checkbox, the others will need to take they own lodging arrangements. Accommodation provided by the organization is basic - bunk beds in youth holiday centres - and it is anticipated that most sailors from abroad will prefer choosing alternate options.
Registration fees include breakfasts, welcome drinks on Thursday evening, dinner on Friday in Morgat restaurants, and prize giving dinner party on Saturday at the Ecole Navale
On-site registration : Wednesday afternoon and Thursday Morning
Use of crane: Thursday Morning for launch, Sunday morning for recovery
First signal Thursday: 13.30, first signal Friday and Saturday: 10.30. No signal Saturday after 15.30.
