Graham Vials and Chris Turner win the 2015 Flying Fifteen World Championship!

The Flying 15 fleet have held their first ever World Championships in France. This event attracted 72 entries from across the Flying 15 world with teams representing Australia, Belgium, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland and of course France itself.

Well done to the Race Team Officials at Crozon Morgat, France who successfully scheduled one race in today with sailors enjoying conditions with good winds and some big waves. Two races are scheduled for tomorrow pending the breeze strength.

GBR sailors dominate the top ten positions in the results to date with the Australians and Irish in the top twenty boats. GBR 4004 Graham Vials and Chris Turner lead with a score of 4 points, GBR 3760 Jeremy Davy and Martin Huett second on 5 points followed by Alan Bax and Mark Darling on 15 points in third place. Weather impedes progress of the 2015 World Championship in France

Weather is impeding the progress of racing of the 2015 Flying Fifteen World Championship, thankfully the superb hospitality of the Crozen Morgat, Brittany french are making our visiting sailors all feel welcome.

Flying Fifteen International (FFI) and Flying Fifteen France (FFF) are pleased to announce the selection of the Centre Nautique de Crozon Morgat in Brittany, France, as the host and Organising Authority of the 20th FFI World Championship and the FFF National Championship to be held in August 2015.
