It provides access to sailing at reasonable prices for men and women from 15 to 75. </P> <P>The Fleet was established in the early1960's and is based at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Kellett Island (<A HREF="http://www.rhkyc.org.hk">http://www.rhkyc.org.hk</A>).
