Round the Island Race

The Solent Flying 15 Fleet would like to invite all 15′s to our first Round the Island race in 15 years.
The event is being run by East Cowes Sailing Club on 30th May. The entry fee is £5, and boats are encouraged to raise sponsorship for the local hospice. NOR and entry forms are available at: http://homepages.rya-online.net/ecsc/

For those of you coming across early boats can be launched at the Cowes Corinthian Yacht Club, or if you are launching on the mainland marina berths will be available on a first come first served basis.
Harken have kindly agreed to sponsor the F15′s and the first 3 boats will receive prizes of Harken Sailing bags for both helm & crew.
This promises to be a really exciting event for us, as it is such a long time since a 15 has gone around the Island. Safety cover will be provided in the form of a mother ship and RIB support from the CCYC.
